Piedmont Athens Orthopedics in Commerce, GA is seeking an orthopedic sports medicine provider to join our community. This role anchors the satellite office delivering orthopedic care at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Athens, GA.

The ideal candidate will have sports medicine training and experience in conservative care, leading a satellite office and collaborating with surgeons to grow the orthopedic program for the region.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification.
• Fellowship training in sports medicine or equivalent.
• Experience in non-operative orthopedic care.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide conservative treatment and orthopedic recovery for musculoskeletal injuries.
• Lead the satellite office in Commerce, coordinating with the Piedmont Athens Orthopedic group.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to develop and expand the orthopedic program.
• Conduct patient evaluations, diagnostics, and develop treatment plans.

Orthopedics - Sports Medicine

Piedmont Athens Orthopedics is seeking an orthopedic sports medicine - non-operative provider to serve our community in Commerce, GA. This is a great opportunity to join a nationally recognized healthcare system.

The ideal candidate is a medical provider with additional training in sports medicine to provide conservative treatment and orthopedic recovery from musculoskeletal injuries. The candidate would be the anchor for the satellite office in Commerce for the Piedmont Athens Orthopedic group delivering orthopedic care at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Athens, Georgia. The best candidate suited for this position will want to pursue an interest in the community surrounding the new office space in Commerce and possess leadership skills to further develop the orthopedic program partnering with current Orthopedic surgeons.
