The position offers a lucrative base of $600,000 with an RVU-based bonus potential reaching $1,000,000, and a growing, well-established practice with extensive marketing support. The role emphasizes no nights, no weekends, no calls, and no hospital duties, with on-site labs, imaging, and supportive therapy.

Base comp is 600K, with a very obtainable RVU bonus to 1 million.
