Join a Well-Established Orthopedic Spine Program

We are seeking Board Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeons to join a busy, reputable team due to the retirement of two physicians. This is an excellent opportunity within a vibrant academic and community setting.

1. The team manages 15 to 30 patients daily and performs numerous procedures each month.
2. The candidate will collaborate with 2 physicians and 20 residents, contributing to a dynamic teaching environment.
3. On-call duties are from 1 to 8 or 9, with coverage provided by Trauma, Neuro, and Peds physicians. Prior experience is a plus.
4. We are looking to add 1 or 2 new physicians to the team.
5. The facility features 16 operating rooms, with 2 dedicated to orthopedics weekly, and full procedure rooms available at the university.
6. You will be supported by an experienced staff.
7. Compensation includes a guaranteed salary of $550K-$600K for 2 years, with productivity bonuses without a ceiling.
8. A $35K recruitment bonus, including relocation assistance, is offered.
9. All malpractice insurance is provided by the university.
