Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown, NY seeks a Physician Assistant for Orthopedics to join a robust team of surgeons and APPs. You will provide clinic, hospital floor, and OR coverage within an integrated Bassett Healthcare Network spanning eight counties.

The position welcomes new grads and offers comprehensive benefits, a sign-on bonus, and a clear training ramp. Primary location after training is Cooperstown with on-site responsibilities while supporting a dynamic orthopedic practice.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Physician Assistant.
• New York medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• BLS certification required.
• DEA required.

Responsibilities

• Join an established group of Orthopedic Surgeons and 13 Advanced Practice Clinicians.
• Responsibilities will include clinic, hospital floor and OR coverage.
• After training period, primary location to be Cooperstown, NY.
• Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region.
• New grads welcome—defined ramp up and training.
