Our Regional Medical Center

Located about 50 miles apart in Central Texas, we are searching for a BC/BE orthopedic surgeon to provide general orthopedic care for both communities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and be comfortable practicing solo in a smaller town setting. The practice structure includes clinic and OR time in each market weekly. As the practice grows, APP assistance will be added for efficiency. Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation is MGMA median or better based on experience
• Both markets offer superb quarterly bonus potential based on productivity
