Job description

Rural Physicians Group is seeking general orthopaedic surgeons for a new program in Oregon.

In alignment with our mission of providing excellent clinical care to rural communities, we are seeking general orthopaedists with a broad, community-focused skill set.

Sharing the full scope of patient care alongside our onsite hospitalists and general surgeons, the orthopaedic surgeons will be able to practice across a broad skill set.

Our mission is to "keep local patients local," and the incoming orthopaedic surgeon will have full autonomy and the opportunity to develop a robust practice as they see fit.

RPG will provide malpractice, licensing/credentials support, and onsite accommodations (apartment or upscale call room) during shifts.

These are independent contractor positions with a travel stipend and several compensation plans from which the physician may choose.
