The practice's primary need is for an orthopedic surgeon fellowship-trained in Total Joint replacement, but the practice is open to orthopedic surgeons specializing in other areas such as Trauma, Shoulder, and Hand.
The opportunity involves a two-year employment agreement, leading to potential partnership at the start of the third year. The practice will support this with a hospital income guarantee, ensuring the physician receives fair market value compensation during the first two years.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, sign-on bonus, incentives, benefits, and malpractice coverage.
