The role involves performing outpatient visits and surgeries related to orthopedics, excluding spine surgeries. The practice currently includes 3 surgeons and 1 physician assistant, offering a broad range of surgical focuses and experience.

Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive orthopedic care and participating in call rotations (1:3, aiming for 1:4).
