Job summary

Doctors Choice Placement Services, Inc. seeks a General Orthopedic Surgeon for a full-time role in Riverside County, Southern California. The position covers routine cases, joint replacements, fracture hips, knee/shoulder scopes, and related procedures.

On-call is about 7–10 days per month. Benefits include paid malpractice, CME, vacation, sick leave, holidays, relocation, and medical & life insurance. Base salary ranges from $450K to $600K; W-2 or 1099 options.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible orthopedic surgeon preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine orthopedic procedures including joint replacements and fracture work.
• Conduct knee/shoulder scopes and tendon repairs as appropriate.
• Manage call coverage (7–10 days per month).

Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity in Southern California - Riverside County

We are looking forward for an General Orthopedic Surgeon that is able to perform routine cases, joint replacements, fracture hips, knee/shoulder scopes, Achilles tendon repairs, carpal tunnel releases and some sport cases would be

great but not necessary. Our current physicians take approximately 7-10 days of call per month

Our community has about 50 percent seniors and 50 percent younger families

Competitive Base Salary $450K - 600K, and also can vary W-2 vs 1099. This is a rough estimate.
