Job description

We are currently looking for a board certified orthopedic surgeon to join our well-respected practice within the multispecialty network known as BASS Medical Group in Lafayette, CA (East Bay - San Francisco Bay Area).

1. Our team includes 1 board certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulders, 5 physical therapists, and a tenured support staff comprised of medical assistants and scribes.
2. Our practice is looking to grow with the addition of a general orthopedic surgeon, sports specialist, or upper extremity specialist.
3. The incoming surgeon will have operating privileges at John Muir Walnut Creek and several local ambulatory surgery centers.
4. Offering competitive compensation and complete benefits, as well as an early partnership opportunity with no buy-in and stock options in the surgery centers.
5. Our practice is part of BASS Medical Group, which is a well-established network with over 465 providers across 42 medical specialties.

Note for Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut, and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $300,000 - $400,000 for full-time base pay, excluding bonuses or benefits. The exact salary will depend on experience, education, and geographic location.
