Opportunity for Orthopedic Surgeon in a Center of Excellence

Our Center of Excellence for Orthopedics and Spine Surgery is seeking a new surgeon to replace a retiring senior physician.

Compensation and Benefits

• Proven earning potential with recent ORS members earning around 900 RVUs/month
• Annual base salary of $700,000, plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus and $30,000 in retention bonuses
• Full health benefits, 29 days PTO, and student loan forgiveness
• Efficiency with in-house EPIC, stellar mid-level support, and a 1:6 call schedule
• In-house Mako Robot training available, with plans to be the first in the state to receive the new Mako Shoulder Package
