Hospital Orthopedic Coverage Opportunity in Ardmore, OK

A 190-bed hospital in Ardmore, OK is seeking orthopedic coverage with ongoing emergency department (ED) call duties.

Schedule and Responsibilities

1. ED Call Schedule: Weekly rotations, repeating each week. Shifts start at 7 am.
2. Specific Dates:

• July 3-7 (ending 7 am on July 8)
• July 11-14 (ending 7 am on July 15)
• July 17-21 (ending 7 am on July 22)
• July 24-28 (ending 7 am on July 29)
• July 31-Aug 4 (ending 7 am on Aug 5)
• Aug 8-11 (ending 7 am on Aug 12)
• Aug 14-18 (ending 7 am on Aug 19)
• Aug 22-25 (ending 7 am on Aug 26)
• Aug 28-Sept 1 (ending 7 am on Sept 2)

Ongoing Need: ED call coverage will continue, with potential adjustments once a second local physician arrives this fall. The number of days may decrease but ED call will still be required.

Call Expectations

Providers do not need to stay in the facility for the entire 24-hour period. However, they must answer all calls within 15 minutes and be in the building within 30 minutes when needed.
