Position: Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon in Palm Beach, Florida

Client based in Palm Beach and Broward County is seeking to hire an IMMEDIATE opening for a PEDIATRIC ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON.

Requirements include:

1. Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery with a Pediatrics Fellowship.
2. Comfort managing pediatric fractures, sports injuries, and scoliosis surgery.
3. Current FL medical license.

The group specializes in comprehensive spinal care, including minimally invasive and reconstructive surgeries. The facility has access to a Level 3 NICU, PICU, and a 12-bed Pediatric Unit.

The position is salaried, offering base salary plus incentives, with most insurances including Blue Cross/Blue Shield and United Healthcare. Only 5% of cases involve personal injury. The offices are modern, well-equipped, and include MRI facilities at one location. Malpractice insurance is covered.

The practice has a strong referral base, with a six-week wait for pain management appointments. They are seeking a permanent, long-term physician with a possible partnership track.
