Job summary

Saint Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR seeks a Patient Care Tech for Orthopedics (2 Main). This full-time night shift (7pm–7am) includes weekend and holiday rotations. You will support licensed nurses in patient care, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The role requires high school diploma and either CNA certification or enrollment in RN/LPN program, or relevant PCT experience in acute care. Overtime and call-back may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain CNA license or have CNA training or be enrolled in RN/LPN program with a nursing skills checklist, or have 1 year PCT experience in acute care.
• Knowledge of patient care practices and hospital policies from on‑the‑job training.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned patient care activities and assist licensed nursing personnel.
• Under supervision of the Patient Care Manager or designee, responsible for assigned areas on 1 shift.
• Incumbents may be subject to overtime and call-back as required.
