Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete surgery precertification and authorization to streamline patient flow.
• Contact insurance providers for authorization and obtain necessary records.
• Provide surgical/implant estimates to patients and verify coverage.
• Ensure all eligible appointments are documented and scanned in the chart.
• Flag and communicate insurance issues to avoid clinic delays.
• Offer patient financing guidance and explain benefits to staff and patients.
