Top Echelon Software, LLC. is seeking an Orthopedic Hand surgeon in Hobart, IN. The role offers a full-time schedule with Monday–Friday hours, a flexible workload, and a tech-forward environment noted as one of the nation's leading HIMSS Stage VII facilities.

You will join a well-established healthcare provider prioritizing physician well-being and work-life balance, with a strong emphasis on patient care, advanced procedures, and collaboration with allied health staff.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Proficiency in arthroscopic techniques and general orthopedic procedures.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with athletic trainers and physical therapists.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow.
• Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries, including tendon repairs and nerve decompression.
• Manage patient evaluations for arthritis and chronic hand conditions.
• Handle acute upper extremity trauma including revascularization and replantation where applicable.
• Utilize advanced minimally invasive techniques for wrist and small joints.

Location: Hobart, IN

This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment, distinguished as one of the few HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for conditions affecting the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow
• Clinic patients per day: 30
• Call Rotation: 1:6
• Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries, including tendon repairs, nerve decompression (carpal tunnel), fracture fixation, and microvascular procedures
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations for chronic conditions such as arthritis, Dupuytren's contracture, and congenital hand differences
• Manage acute upper extremity trauma, including revascularization and replantation where applicable
• Utilize advanced minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques for wrist and small joint procedures

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Demonstrated proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with athletic trainers and physical therapists
