The Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute (LVOI) seeks an outstanding leader in Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgery to serve as our Division Chief. The LVOI is one of the country's largest and busiest Musculoskeletal care centers; our nearly 200 providers perform over 27,000 Orthopedic procedures annually. Our Institute has been recognized by US News & World Report as one of the top in the nation.
In partnership with the Physician-in-Chief (to whom the successful candidate would report) and the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), the roles and responsibilities of the Foot & Ankle Division Chief include, but are not limited to:
The successful candidate will be supported in developing their clinical practice and will be assigned an administrative dyad partner to assist with leadership responsibilities.
Participation in scholarly activities in their specialty and promoting the collection and application of Institute-wide quality and outcome measures are encouraged.
The position may be based at any of our care locations across the large geographic footprint, with preferences considered.
