Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon-Tennessee

• Private practice seeks a BE/BC Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join their team
• Competitive base salary with excellent earning potential
• 2-year partnership track
• $1,100/day call starting year 2
• Equity in Real Estate available
• Profit sharing in New ASC opening in 2025
• Currently 13 physicians and 8 Midlevels
• Practice includes: Orthopedics (General, Sports, Total Joint and Hand), Neurosurgery, Interventional Pain, Surgical Podiatry and Primary Care Sports Medicine)
• Busy practice with 30 day current wait for new patients
• Hospital Call- 1:8
• Year 1: 50% Total Joint cases projected
• Year 3: 80%+ Total Join projected
• Arthroplasty fellowship required
• 12 OR suites and 300+ bed hospital
• Mako Robotics
• EMR in clinic: Athena
