Job description

With the recent retirement of our adult reconstruction/total joint orthopaedic surgery partner, this lucrative partnership opportunity offers an earning potential of over $1.5 million, with additional revenue from being part-owner of the physician-designed and owned surgical hospital in Kansas (KS).

Position:

1. 100% total joint/adult reconstruction focus
2. As much OR time as you can fill
3. No trauma cases
4. Two dedicated PAs who handle first call
5. Step into a retiring physician's practice and be busy from day one, performing an estimated 500+ joint cases per year — uncapped potential
6. Onsite facilities include ORs, clinic, imaging, PT, OT, dietary, and pharmacy
7. Join experienced surgeons with over 20 years of experience, who are happy to provide mentorship

Compensation:

1. Initial recruitment package of $756K
2. Partnership track with a two-year guarantee and potential to become part owner of our physician-designed surgical hospital (not an ASC, and one of only 250 in the US)
3. Proven earning potential exceeding $1.5 million
4. Fellowship stipend option
