Job summary

Infinite Health Collaborative (i‑Health) is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide independent patient care in our Orthopedic Urgent Care clinics across Minnesota. The role involves medical management of non-operative orthopedic conditions, ordering imaging, prescribing medications, and coordinating patient care under the direction of an on‑call physician.

Candidates should have completed an accredited PA or NP program, Minnesota licensure, NCCPA certification, DEA

Qualifications

• Accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program completed.
• NCCPA certification.
• Minnesota Board registration/license.
• DEA registration.
• Full-time OUC provider or has covered a float shift in the past year.
• 2 years orthopedic experience required.
• Prior urgent care experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare services in the Orthopedic Urgent Care Clinic under supervision.
• Treat patients with non-operative orthopedic conditions; order imaging and therapy.
• Prescribe medications and manage patient care plans.
• Consult on cast, dressing, and brace applications; perform wound care.
• Flexibility to work at multiple clinic sites and participate in community events.
