OrthoArkansas is hiring an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) for Orthopedic Urgent Care in Conway, AR. You will deliver high-quality orthopedic care to patients with acute injuries in a fast-paced setting, conducting rapid assessments, planning treatments, and performing in-office procedures.

The role requires an MSN or DNP, Arkansas FNP license, and 1+ years in urgent care or orthopedics. Expect close collaboration with physicians, imaging staff, and therapy teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Active Arkansas Nurse Practitioner license (FNP).
• 1+ years of urgent care, emergency medicine, or orthopedics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess and treat acute orthopedic injuries in a fast-paced urgent care.
• Perform in-office procedures such as injections, reductions, and wound care.
• Order and interpret imaging and labs for accurate diagnosis.
• Explain injuries, plans, and home care to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Maintain EMR documentation and comply with regulations.
