Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a physician-led, hospital-based team in Glendale, AZ.

The role supports a Level II Trauma Center with 183 shifts annually, offering a balanced mix of operative and non-operative trauma care within a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates are board eligible or certified in orthopedics, with a completed orthopedic trauma fellowship and Arizona licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Completion of Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship preferred.
• Experience managing orthopedic trauma patients in a hospital-based setting.
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure and able to obtain hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide operative and non-operative management of orthopedic trauma patients.
• Participate in trauma call coverage.
• Manage a broad range of fracture care and orthopedic injuries.
• Collaborate with trauma surgery, emergency medicine, hospitalist, and rehabilitation teams.
• Balance surgical cases, inpatient care, and follow-up clinic responsibilities.
• Ensure timely documentation and high-quality patient care.

Weare seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join aphysician-led organization in Glendale, AZ focused on building and supportinghigh-performing surgical teams across the United States. Our model emphasizespredictable scheduling, strong clinical support, and allowing surgeons to focuson delivering exceptional patient care in a hospital-based setting.

Thisposition supports a Level II Trauma Center and offers the opportunity to workalongside an experienced orthopedic trauma team in a collaborative,well-supported environment. The practice provides a balanced mix of operativeand non-operative trauma care while maintaining a strong commitment to qualityoutcomes and patient-centered care.

Schedule

• 183 shiftsannually (24-hour shifts)


• Blockedscheduling with 7-day stretches


• Built-inrecovery time between rotations
