Surgical Affiliates Management Group (SAMGI) is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a high-acuity trauma program at a Level II Trauma Center in Goodyear, Arizona.

The position features dedicated OR access, APP support 10 hours per day, and a sustainable schedule of 15 days per month, with SAMGI handling billing and administrative tasks so you can focus on clinical work.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or eligible; Fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma required.
• Experience managing high-acuity orthopedic trauma cases.
• Current Arizona medical license or eligibility.
• Credentialing and privileges at the hospital.
• Team-based, multidisciplinary collaboration in a Level II trauma setting.

Responsibilities

• Operative and non-operative management of orthopedic trauma patients.
• Acute fracture management and high-energy orthopedic injuries.
• Trauma call coverage.
• Inpatient and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with trauma surgery, emergency medicine, anesthesia, nursing, and hospital teams.
• Work closely with APPs supporting the orthopedic trauma service.

SAMGI is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our established trauma program at a Level II Trauma Center in Goodyear, Arizona — in the heart of Phoenix's fastest-growing West Valley community.

This position offers dedicated OR access, APP support 10 hours per day, and a sustainable schedule of 15 days per month. SAMGI liberates you from billing and administrative distractions — so you can focus entirely on being a surgeon.

THE HOSPITAL

Level II Trauma Center Goodyear, Arizona

• Level II Trauma Center serving the West Valley Phoenix metro


• High-acuity orthopedic trauma program
