Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or NP program certificate equivalent.
• 1 year of clinical experience.
• Official NP certification in the state.
• Prescriptive authority in the state.
• DEA license/Controlled Substance license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general surgical assistant services in operating room.
• Assist surgeon with prep and completion of procedures.
• Assist with patient office visits and accept call when assigned.
• Perform charting, summaries, and paperwork for care and billing.
