The Arthur Ashe Student Health and Wellness Center at UCLA is seeking an Orthopedic Technician for a limited, part-time appointment. The role supports Sports Medicine Clinicians and Orthopedists, performing casting, brace fitting, and patient education while coordinating with the clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include 3–5 years in orthopedic care, NBCOT/ASOP certification, and CPR on hire.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of orthopedic care experience.
• Orthopedic Technician certification by NBCOT or ASOP.
• CPR certification required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Support Sports Medicine Clinicians and Orthopedists with patient care.
• Perform casting and brace fitting tasks.
• Educate patients on procedures and post-care instructions.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the clinical team.
