Job summary

Proliance Eastside Surgery Center in Kirkland, WA seeks a Surgical Technologist to support surgeons and OR teams. Responsible for instrument handling, sterile field maintenance, and equipment readiness during procedures. Orthopedics specialty; 4x10s or 3x10s schedules with no weekends.

Includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive benefits, and opportunities for professional development. Graduation from an accredited program and CPR are required; CST preferred; two years of experience desired.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program is required.
• Certified Surgical Technologist is preferred but not mandatory.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification are required.
• Two years of direct surgical technologist experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons by handling instruments, supplies and equipment during procedures.
• Maintain sterile field and anticipate surgeon needs throughout surgery.
• Ensure availability and proper function of instruments and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and assist with procurement of supplies.
• Participate in continuing education to meet state requirements and stay updated.
