Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Licenses: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Skills: Critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and patient education.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient unit for Orthopedic, Spine, Urological, and Plastic Surgery patients.
• Promote patient and family-centered care; educate on illness management, home care, and medications.
• Participate in activities supporting quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document personalized care plans; communicate across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; respect patient values and cultural considerations.
