AP Health, located in St. Louis, MO, is looking for a highly experienced Physician Assistant to join our surgical team. This role is focused solely on orthopedic surgery, with no clinic time or travel required.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience as a surgical first assistant, a current MO state license, and be board certified by NCCPA. Qualifications

• At least 2+ years experience in orthopedic surgery as a surgical first assistant.
• Current Missouri State License required.
• Board certified by NCCPA.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a Surgical First Assistant in the Operating Room.
• Positions and drapes the patient under the direction of the surgeon.
• Suturing and retracting of all tissue layers.
• Assists in the intra-operative care of the patient.
