Job summary

The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a fellowship-trained Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join our collegial, well-established team in Sacramento. We currently have 12 surgeons including specialists in shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and sports medicine.

Robotic-assisted systems are available, and the practice emphasizes work-life balance with a patient-centered approach. Join a physician-led group with strong leadership development and extensive support structures.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency and Adult Reconstruction (Total Joint) fellowship training.
• Board Certified or Eligible (BC/BE).
• Active or eligible California state medical license and fluoroscopy license.
• Anterior approach experience for total hip replacement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Primary and Revision total joint surgery
• Specialty focused clinic
• Level 3 trauma call that will be shared among 13 surgeons equally

Job description

The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a fellowship-trained Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join our collegial, well-established team. Our group currently includes 12 surgeons; 1 Shoulder/Elbow, 3 Hand, 3 fellowship-trained Total joints, 3 Sports, and 2 General surgeons. We also have 8 PAs, 1 Total Joint coordinator, and 2 non-operative providers for fracture care. Robotic-assisted systems are available.

Qualification

• Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery residency and Adult Reconstruction (Total Joint) fellowship training
• Board Certified or Eligible (BC/BE)
• Active or eligible California state medical license and fluoroscopy license
