Job summary

The Permanente Medical Group in Vacaville, CA is seeking a Total Joint fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team on a contract (.06).

Our group of 16 currently has four total joint surgeons; call is 1:16 and trauma is handled by fellowship trained colleagues. The practice is about 90-95% primary total joints and 5-10% revisions, supported by 12 PAs and a physician-led, equity-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Eligibility.
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA.

Responsibilities

• Total Joint fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon joining TPMG in Vacaville, CA.
• Practice: 90–95% primary total joints, 5–10% revisions.
• Overnight call shared among fellowship trained surgeons; group supported by PAs.

The Permanente Medical Group is seeking a Total Joint fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon (Contract .06) to join our team in Vacaville, CA

Our Group of 16 currently has (4) total joint surgeons and we are seeking a 5th. The group includes (2) Ortho Trauma surgeons and call is 1:16. Trauma is taken by (2) fellowship trained surgeons. The surgical practice is approximately 90-95% primary total joints and 5-10% revision cases. Overnight call is shared equally. The group is supported by 12 PA's.
