Job summary

Mount Carmel New Albany seeks a registered nurse to join the Surgery department focused on orthopedic cases with 10 ORs. The role emphasizes patient safety, evidence-based practice, and teamwork within a Magnet-recognized framework.

You will deliver patient care across orthopedics and occasionally plastics/general surgery, with a typical case load of 15–20 per day and minimal call, no weekend coverage. You must be a graduate nurse with Ohio RN license.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from school of nursing.
• Licensure: Current Ohio RN license to practice.
• Casual RNs require 2 years of experience.
• New graduates may enroll in Nurse Residency.

Responsibilities
