The Hospitals of Providence in El Paso is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Total Joint or Spine. You will join an established orthopedic group with a focus on high-quality care, and work in a supportive environment with advanced technology.

This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, strong surgical volume, and access to resources that include a mix of outpatient and inpatient care. Comprehensive benefits include salary guarantee, sign-on bonus, and 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Board eligible/certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Total Joint or Spine is required.
• Must be able to obtain Texas medical license.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgeries focusing on Total Joint or Spine.
• Provide outpatient and inpatient care for an average of 20 patients per day.
• Access advanced orthopedic technology for procedures.

Position Highlights

• Orthopedic Surgery position with focus in Total Joint or Spine
• Employed position within an established, multi-specialty orthopedic group
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shared call schedule with approximately 5–6 days per month and one weekend per month
• Mix of approximately 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient care
• Average 20 patients per clinic day
• 8–10 surgical cases per week to start
• Practice based primarily at a 480-bed hospital performing the highest surgical volume in the market
• Opportunity to operate at a secondary facility located within close proximity
• Access to advanced technology including Mako robotic system, CORI robot, and Stealth navigation system
• Three established clinic locations across the El Paso market
• Academic involvement available but not required
