Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Orthopedic Surgery Physician for locum tenens coverage in Tennessee. The role features mostly call coverage (7a–7a), with limited clinic hours (7a–4p) and occasional weeknight calls (4p–7a).

Credentialing is expected to begin ASAP and requires board certification or eligibility and a Tennessee active license. Malpractice insurance is typically arranged by AMN, and their team coordinates travel, lodging, rentals, and transportation for contractors.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• TN Active License required for licensure.
• Locum tenens experience preferred and credentialing is rapid.

Responsibilities

• Provide orthopedic surgery coverage during call shifts (7a-7a).
