1. Established clinic with an existing surgeon and APC, plus robust support staff
2. $750k base salary + bonus structure driving earning potential up to $2M
3. A "bread and butter" orthopedic surgeon will quickly ramp to 26-30 PPD
4. Relocation and Signing Bonus
