Job summary

Prisma Health Orthopedic Surgery Center - Lexington is seeking a senior operations leader to direct and optimize ambulatory site performance. You will oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive financial stewardship while maintaining a strong physician partnership.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, recruitment, marketing collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality patient care at the Lexington site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health services administration, nursing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare management and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the overall operation of the site(s) to ensure quality, timely and cost-effective services.
• Leads compliance and privacy initiatives; ensures adherence to policies, regulations and guidelines.
• Hires, mentors and evaluates staff; supports engagement and development.
• Leads physician recruitment efforts and maintains strong relationships with the physician partnership.
• Oversees site marketing activities in coordination with corporate and local hospitals.
• Manages site budgeting, financial stewardship and capital planning; tracks performance and growth.
• Promotes high-quality service, drives process improvements and enhances patient care and throughput.
• Ensures compliance with policies and accrediting standards and maintains operational performance.
