Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Livonia, Michigan seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Orthopedic Surgery team. You will collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and APPs to evaluate musculoskeletal patients, plan treatment, and assist in outpatient surgical care.

The role emphasizes clinical judgment, procedural skills, patient education, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting. A Michigan license, DEA, and BLS/ACLS are required or in process, with Epic EMR experience

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of post-graduate experience, preferably in orthopedic or surgical specialty.
• NPs: AGACNP or ACNP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated clinical judgment and procedural proficiency.
• Excellent communication with patient education focus.
• Active Michigan license or ability to obtain; DEA license; BLS (ACLS/BLS) maintained.
