Job summary

Person Memorial Hospital in Roxboro, NC, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking an Orthopedic APP to join a hospital-employed surgery group. You will support first-assist duties, interpret onsite X-rays, cast fractures, and manage osteoporotic conditions, contributing to a highly experienced OR team.

Oversight comes from two rotating Orthopedists from Maria Parham Health, ensuring collaborative care and ongoing professional development in a busy orthopedic service line.

Qualifications

• Post-training orthopedic specialization required.
• Experience in perioperative orthopedic care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join a hospital-employed Orthopedic Surgery group and assist with reconstructive cases.
• Read and interpret onsite X-ray images.
• Assist with setting bones and casting.
• Triage and manage hip and leg fractures.

Position Details:

• Join a hospital employed Orthopedic Surgery group; assist rebuilding

• Comfortable with first assist

• Read and interpret x-ray images - X-Ray on site

• Comfortable setting bones and casting

• Treat and manage osteoporosis

• Triage and manage hip and leg fractures

• Highly experienced OR team

• Oversight provided by two rotating Orthopedists from Maria Parham Health (main campus)

• Post training experience required; must be in Orthopedics
