Lifepoint Health is seeking an Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider for Wythe County Community Hospital in Wytheville, Virginia. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, includes clinic work, hospital rounds/consults, and potential OR involvement, with opportunities to build and manage your own patient panel under physician mentorship.

New graduates and experienced PAs and NPs are welcome; prior orthopedic and OR experience is preferred but not required.

Position Details:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule with no call. Work alongside an established orthopedic physician with a mix of clinic, hospital rounds/consults, and potential OR involvement. Develop and manage your own patient panel, with increasing autonomy and continued physician collaboration and mentorship. Opportunity to perform office-based orthopedic procedures, including casting, wraps, splinting and bracing, based on experience.

New graduate and experienced PAs and NPs welcome; orthopedic and OR experience preferred but not required. Opportunity to help grow an established orthopedic service, with potential future community outreach and Saturday clinics as volume expands.
