Lifepoint Health® is looking for an Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM. In this full-time role, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to impactful patient care, utilizing the needed resources and technologies.

The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting and will be responsible for performing complete physical examinations and providing patient education.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in orthopedic outpatient setting preferred.
• Ability to perform complete history and physical examinations.

Responsibilities

• Initiate appropriate diagnostic tests to evaluate the patient's condition.
• Provide pre and postoperative education and ongoing support to Orthopedic patients.

Position Details

• 2+ years' experience in orthopedic outpatient setting preferred
• Full-time; Monday to Friday schedule
• Not a surgical assist position
• Initiate appropriate diagnostic tests to evaluate the patient's condition
• Perform complete history and physical examinations
• Provide pre and postoperative education and ongoing support to Orthopedic patients
