Position Details:

• This multi-specialty clinic, affiliated with an award-winning health system, includes orthopedic surgery, general surgery, plastic surgery, gastroenterology, family medicine, and podiatry.
• Enjoy incredible autonomy and flexibility to template your workweek schedule; choose dedicated OR vs clinic days.
• Extremely low call burden with only 7 call days per month; no trauma work involved.
• Benefit from excellent support staff, Mako Robot in OR, EPIC EMR with Dragon dictation and AI scribe.
• New graduates are welcome to apply; candidates must be able to perform shoulders/upper extremities surgeries.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $750K base salary guarantee, plus quarterly wRVU bonuses, annual metric bonuses, and annual APP collaboration bonuses.
• $215K+ provider incentive package, including commencement bonus, relocation bonus, housing bonus, and student loan repayment paid directly to the provider.
• Residency Stipend = $2000/month; Fellowship Stipend = $2500/month.
