Job summary

NP Now, LLC seeks an Orthopedic Surgeon for an Employed position in Statesville, NC (near Charlotte). The role includes a blend of clinic and operating room days, with an emphasis on adult reconstruction (TKA, THA) and general orthopedics. Shared on-call and Cerner EMR usage are noted.

Candidates must be BE/BC, hold NC medical license and DEA (eligible), and maintain current BLS. Strong teamwork and leadership abilities are expected in this community-focused system.

Qualifications

• Must be BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery.
• NC Medical License and DEA, eligible.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• No board sanctions or actions in last 10 years.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work with others and demonstrate leadership qualities.
• Experience working in a team of healthcare professionals to ensure positive patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Blend of clinic and OR days.
• Adult reconstruction surgeon capable of doing general orthopedics, TKA, THA, etc.
• Call is shared between the team.
• EMR: Cerner.
