Summary

Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in total joint arthroplasty to join our dynamic orthopedics team based in Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an integrated care delivery system that prioritizes evidence-based medicine, patient-centered care, and physician collaboration. A total joints fellowship and experience with revision arthroplasty is preferred.

Position Highlights:

  • Join a team of highly trained orthopedic surgeons, including two fellowship-trained total joint surgeons in Seattle and three total joints surgeons in Bellevue, WA.
  • Focus on primary and revision total joints arthroplasty.
  • Supportive, collegial environment with opportunities for mentorship and collaboration.
  • Access to state-of-the-art facilities and a coordinated care model that fosters optimal patient outcomes, including an established total joints program of nurse navigators and physical rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The entire salary range for this position is $596,761 to $702,071 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $596,761 to $666,968 based on factors such as education, training or experience.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, receive employer contributions to the 401(k) plan, and enroll in our cash balance pension plan. Employees will also receive four weeks of paid vacation leave every year and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will receive continuing medical education leave and funding.
