Orthopedic Total Joint Replacement Surgeon - Full Time

Description: Seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and hard-working Total Joint Replacement Surgeon to join our expanding Orthopedic practice of 4 Orthopedic Surgeons in New Windsor (Hudson Valley), NY, within an academic environment. This position is to replace a recently retired provider with a full practice. Immediate volume guaranteed. Primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining a busy multi-specialty musculoskeletal outpatient practice.

Responsibilities and Expectations: The candidate will help sustain and grow an active clinical practice in New York's Hudson Valley. They will work closely with colleagues in outpatient and departmental settings to support an integrated care model and ensure high-quality care. The primary work location will be Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh, NY. Call schedule of 1:4 or better. A full support staff of Physician Assistants, LPNs, and Medical Assistants is available.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary ranges from $300,000 to $800,000, with opportunities for additional income through productivity incentives. Benefits include LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision, and a 403(b) plan.
