Job description

Seeking a full-time BC/BE Orthopedic Generalist to join a busy hospital-employed practice in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of southwestern West Virginia.

Highlights:

1. Incoming provider can expect to see hips, knees and shoulders, along with trigger finger, carpal tunnel, extremity fractures, joint replacements, arthroscopic knees/joints.
2. The hospital is willing to consider fellowship trained specialty individuals if the provider is willing to do general ortho as well.
3. The provider will have access to work with the General Surgery residents who rotate through the hospital.
4. Growing practice.
5. If volume supports, would consider adding APP once physician is ramped up.
6. Teaching opportunity with General Surgery residency program.
7. Level IV trauma center with the intent of moving to a Level III in 2025-2026.
