The position includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities and uses the Epic EMR system. Physicians must be licensed in Louisiana or hold an IMLC license; credentialing includes Louisiana Patient Care Fund coverage via Ochsner facilities.

• Provider must be licensed in Louisiana or hold an IMLC license. LA Patient Care Fund coverage is required for all physicians providing services at Ochsner facilities in Louisiana to be obtained during the credentialing process with no exceptions.
