Qualifications

• Board certification in orthopedics must be obtained within five years of employment.
• Licensed to practice medicine in North Dakota and/or Minnesota.
• Proficient in English with strong patient communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, diagnoses and treats patients with injuries or illnesses.
• Counsels patients and advises on preventative healthcare measures.
• Exercises professional judgment in line with policies and standards.
• Meets patient engagement and quality & safety goals annually.
• Participates in department goals and supports care delivery.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation for appropriate reimbursements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
