Britt Medical Search is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon to join a northeastern North Dakota health system. The team includes multiple surgeons and APP support with a strong OR core and Epic EMR.

The role offers a salary guarantee or wRVUs, a sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, malpractice tail coverage, relocation assistance, and opportunities for research or teaching as desired. Eligible for 501(c)3 not-for-profit community setting.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery recognized by ABMS or equivalent.
• Experience in joint replacement and arthroplasty procedures.
• Eligible for North Dakota medical license.

Responsibilities

• Perform joint replacement/arthroplasty procedures and related surgeries.
• Maintain OR schedule, starting with 1 day/week and potentially increasing to 2 days with weekend call.

Job description

Health System is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon to join its team in northeastern North Dakota.

• 5 surgeons 2 orthopedic surgeons
• 2 orthopedic trauma surgeons
• 1 hand surgeon
• 5 orthopedic surgery APPs
• M-F with 1 OR day to start, can move over time to 2 OR days with 1:6 weekend only call
• Dedicated core staff in the OR
• Caseload: 400+ annually
• Equipment available: Stryker Mako Robotic Arm.
• Procedures required: joint replacement, arthroplasty
