Job summary

NP Now, LLC invites an Orthopedic Surgeon to join a thriving healthcare system in Olney, IL. The role focuses on comprehensive orthopedic care, with opportunities in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and a commitment to learning.

Compensation includes a base of $650,000–$700,000 plus production bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, a signing bonus, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage.

Qualifications

• Board-certified orthopaedic surgeon.
• Minimal joint replacement experience – mandatory.
• Experience or training in minimally invasive techniques preferred.
• Willingness to live in the Olney area and participate in the local community.
• Interest in research or academic affiliation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform total joint replacement (knee and hip) surgeries; experience or training is mandatory.
• Perform minimally invasive procedures; training or experience preferred.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑operative care, including coordination with outpatient therapy and home health services.
• Assist in surgical blocks and attend to a full range of orthopedic, general, oncology, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, urological, and podiatric services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider.
