Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited residency or fellowship in orthopedics.
• Be board certified or eligible in orthopedics as required by the hospital.
• Maintain unrestricted DEA registration and medical staff privileges.
• Hold an active Colorado medical license or be eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of joint conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with referring providers, hospitalists, therapists and pain specialists for integrated care.
• Perform complex total joint replacement procedures and interpret advanced imaging.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and expand access to joint replacement services.

Every day, your multifaceted role will involve a comprehensive range of responsibilities: You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of acute and chronic degenerative joint conditions in both dynamic outpatient and critical inpatient settings, ensuring thorough patient care. You will collaborate closely with primary care providers, hospitalists, physical therapists, and pain management specialists, fostering a truly integrated approach to complex patient management. You will work effectively with advanced practice providers, sports medicine specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered treatment plans that optimize outcomes. As a key member of our orthopedic service line, you will actively expand access to specialized, life-improving total joint replacement care for underserved populations. You will build strong and trust-based relationships with referring providers throughout the region, enhancing our network of critical care.

Job Requirements

• Must have successfully completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty.
• Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency ("DEA") registration;
• Be board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital;
• Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institution
• Active or eligible unrestricted license to practice medicine in Colorado

Pay Range

$627,547 - $1,029,350 /year
