Qualifications

• Must have completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty.
• Obtain and maintain an unrestricted DEA registration.
• Be board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital.
• Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institution
• Active or eligible unrestricted license to practice medicine in Colorado

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, hospitalists, and noninvasive cardiologists for integrated patient care.
• Work with advanced practice providers, cardiac surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
• Expand access to interventional cardiac care for underserved populations.
• Build relationships with referring providers across the region to strengthen the network.

You will collaborate closely with primary care providers, hospitalists, and noninvasive cardiologists, fostering a truly integrated approach to complex patient management. You will work effectively with advanced practice providers, cardiac surgeons, and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered treatment plans that optimize outcomes. As a key member of our cardiovascular service line, you will actively expand access to specialized, life-saving interventional cardiac care for underserved populations. You will build strong and trust-based relationships with referring providers throughout the region, enhancing our network of critical care.
